DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we receive a lot of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery prices and estimated delivery times

The price of delivery within Slovenia is €4.11.Estimated delivery time in Slovenia is 1-2 working days.

• All deliveries with redemption fees are delivered to us by GLS Slovenia. (Delivery time 1-2 working days from the delivery of the package at the post office)

• All orders that are paid for online are delivered by Post Slovenia. (Delivery time 1-5 working days from the delivery of the shipment at the post office) In the case of online payment, delivery is free. If you choose to pay with a redemption fee, you will need to pay an additional €3.99. We reserve the right to cancel orders that choose cash on delivery, but do not choose the surcharge (€3.99) for cash on delivery.

Duties, duties and taxes

Brandz Originals is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The inscription "Tax included" or "Tax included" or "Including tax" located under the product titles refers exclusively to value added tax (VAT).

Brandz Originals is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, contact General Logistics Systems Slovenia or Pošta Slovenija to file a claim. Before filing a claim, save all packaging and damaged goods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

In addition to Slovenia, we ship to all other member states of the European Union.
